It was a 2.5 hour drive with kids for me to get here and I would do it again to see this place a second time or more.

Love every minute if my horse rides so far! Loved learning new surprising history about the trees in this area, stories about chief mountain and the size of the card home, the genius pioneer toys and enjoying the gleeful joycries of the littles, while feeling like they were on a parade float and they should bring candy to throw at people. It was a blissful moment genuinely thinking: "Oh how I love enjoying my children" While in the background listening to the gentle clop clop of the horses.

This museum was amazing. They have a large number of interactive activities for children kept everyone happy. The building and grounds are well kept and there is a nice picnic area near by.

Fantastic and historical place. I actual went here on a service call for work but was able to see a good amount of the building. I thought it was very nice and decided to go back to visit as a customer. Highly recommended to history lovers!

First class all the way!!! I have never seen a place with so much pride of ownership. The site has been there for some time and I to top it off it has horse barns and a wood shop attached and you can’t find a speck of dust on anything. The displays are informative and well laid out. My 2 and 9 year old had a blast here also because of all the things to look at and even interact with. There are full size props and displays great for photos and interesting with. There is even a YOUNG children’s area towards the back (the middle as you walk through) that’s just at the right point to give a parent a reprieve from there children for a minute as it will hold there attention for likely longer then yours ( as an adult you’ll want to move on)

One of the best museums I've ever been to and I say that unironically. There is SO MUCH here - carriages, history, rides, a working stable, horse racing history, etc. If you are passing though you should definitely stop by this museum.
